Artwork purchases from me are intended to bring joy and satisfaction. The buying process is intended to feel the same. For this reason, I strive to be as clear and transparent as possible.

Please read listing descriptions carefully before purchasing. Each product and original piece of art is photographed as honestly and clearly as possible to help you assess the color and what would look best in your space.

If you have concerns about color variance due to technology, or other questions and concerns, please contact me before you place an order so I can best help you.

 

All sales are final, except in situations of damage due to the mail system. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you do have an issue with your order, please send an email with photos describing your problem to info@mariespauldingart.com and I will do my best to help you.

I am not ultimately liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS) and am not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery.

Every painting, order, and commission is handled with attention and care. I do my best to package your order so it arrives safely, and will delay a shipment in inclement weather if water damage is a concern.

Quality is of utmost importance to me, and quality checks are done before packages are sent out.
